When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you enter.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to keep the website secure and running reliably.

We use the details you send through the contact form only to read and reply to your message and, if you ask us to, to discuss or deliver a project with you.

We use newsletter email addresses only to send you updates from Maveec Labs. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. The spam check on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use data stored in your browser to complete that check, but it is not used for advertising or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website: a hosting provider to serve the site, Resend to deliver contact form messages to our inbox and to store our newsletter list and send newsletters, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam. Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser to confirm you are a person rather than an automated bot; Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check. These providers process your information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email hello@maveeclabs.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
